Today the portfolio consists of low, middle and luxury residential units as well as several mixed-use and hospitality properties. PDDK LLC specializes in historic renovation, corporate housing, urban infill development and residential housing.

We are particular about where and why we invest, focusing our efforts solely on markets that benefit from a structural supply/demand imbalance that cannot easily be reversed. We are focused on tax efficiency and look to limit our activity to submarkets where we can produce attractive year-after-year organic growth. In addition to the benefits that result from opportunistic acquisitions and value-added re-development, we have been able to take advantage of early stage gentrification trends to acquire assets at significant discounts and reposition them to command above-market rents with long-term rental growth. Investments often include a significant repositioning component through extensive design and renovation activity that often involves emptying buildings, conducting a complete restoration and re-tenanting at new market rents.

PDDK Opportunity Zone Fund, LLC is a Puerto Rican Opportunity Zone fund specializing in long-term real estate development. The Fund is structured per the 2017 Opportunity Zone U.S. tax laws. The Fund will have no liquidity for a minimum of 10 years and only invests in assets with significant long-term capital appreciation potential either through re-development or ground up construction.​
